On a scale of 1-10, (1= limiting beliefs, 10 = strong beliefs) how strongly do you believe you have the ability to show up for yourself to do what it takes to achieve your goals? Will you put in the necessary effort and how long will you continue to put in the effort to achieve your goal?
Your self efficacy is going to strongly influence your success in achieving goals. With a high self efficacy, you are more likely to make the efforts, and persist longer in these efforts, to complete tasks and accomplish goals.
