Do your HGH Run 1-2 times a week and do some light cardio like hiking or going for a long walk with a friend 2-5 times a week!

HGH Run

Watch the HGH Run video to learn the HGH Run Concept. Make sure you warm-up with a few minutes of walking, jogging, and/or alternating knee lifts to hip level. Perform 30 second high intensity intervals: You can run, jumprope, climb the stairs, walk on an incline or walk fast on flat ground for each interval as long as you are pushing your self to maximum effort. Recover 100% between intervals. Recovery should last approximately 90 seconds. Start out with 3-4 intervals. Over the course of several weeks, work your way up to completing all 8 intervals and increasing the intensity of each interval. DO NOT exceed 30 second intervals and DO NOT exceed 8 intervals! Listen to your body and end your workout when you notice your performance level is starting to decline.
